The Trouble Makers

I walk out side today, and for the umpteenth time, I sigh. The bulls had yet again flipped and moved their bunk. Thankfully, they didn't break the fence this time.

This bunk is solid metal, yet it is upside down. Again.

The official culprit. FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!

ZNT Ember

I was getting my heifers ready for the Fort Worth Stock Show and decided to get some pictures. These are of my younger heifer, Ember, sporting her first show halter. She was born in September 2015, and is a purebred Chianina. She is a sweet little diva, and loves attention. Here are two of the pictures I just took of her.

Top Picks of 2015.

These are the top picks of 2015.

I was experimenting with styles, and loved this one.

My Chianina, Torrey Pines, on the lookout.
Xylose watching Ember protectively.
This is my fullblood Maine Anjou, Diamond

Another ear picture, but still very pretty.
I've posted this picture before, but it definitely makes the top picks.

Moving Day!

At twelve days old, Ember got to move to the big pasture. She's checking everything out, and having a blast.

What an adorable face!

First breakfast in the big pasture.

Got an itch? The bunk works great as a nose scratcher.

New friends!

Ember got some breakfast this morning, met a new friend, then took off for her morning exercise. At two days old, she is such a bundle of joy.

Breakfast!
New friends!
And she's off!
Curious Ember! Haha

She's lucky to have such a watchful mother.

Ember at 1(days)!

Ember is now one day old, and is running the show. It was a beautiful morning, and thought to get some pictures.

A beautiful sunrise over my beautiful herd.

That's the wrong mom Ember! Silly heifer.
